When you submit the contact form, we process the information you provide: your name, company, professional email address, your message and the timing you indicate. We do not collect special categories of personal data through this website, and we do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

Why we process it

We use this information solely to assess your enquiry and to respond to it. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data no longer than necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up you request. Data of enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship is deleted within twelve months.

Who has access

Your data is processed within Alternation and hosted on Odoo's infrastructure as our website provider. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties, except where the law requires it.
