Alternation EOOD is an accountancy firm and operating partner in Sofia, led by Natali and supported by Belgian entrepreneurial experience. We build an organisation — not a one-person consultancy — around a simple idea: real business in Bulgaria, done correctly.
Leadership
Led by Natali, from Sofia
Natali leads Alternation from Sofia and works daily at the intersection of Belgian business expectations and Bulgarian operational reality. That position — inside both contexts — is what allows Alternation to translate between international owners and local execution.
She is supported by a network built since 2019: notaries, tax advisers and social-law specialists in Sofia, and Belgian entrepreneurs with hands-on experience in Bulgaria.
The accountancy practice
A growing team of senior accountants
Bookkeeping is Alternation's core practice. Our Sofia team processes the books of European client files every day — purchases, sales, bank, periodic closings and reporting — in the same Odoo environment we implement for clients. The team grows deliberately: senior accountants first, with every period checked and a fixed reporting rhythm as the quality standard.
That growth is ongoing. We regularly welcome experienced accountants who want to work for European clients to clear international standards.
